Custom Orders
Every cardigan in our shop is knitted by hand. Our standard sizes are made in small batches and ready to ship — and if none of them fits you quite right, we can knit yours in your exact measurements, and in most cases, your choice of color.
How to order custom
On the product page, pick the size closest to yours and write the following in the Fit notes box, just above the Add to cart button:
- Chest — around the fullest part, under the arms (cm or inches).
- Waist — at the natural waist.
- Hip — fullest part of the hip.
- Sleeve length — from shoulder to wrist, arm slightly bent.
- Total length — from the base of the neck to where you want the cardigan to end.
- Color, if different from the listing photos.

Lead time
Standard sizes are dispatched within 2–7 days. Custom pieces are knitted to order, stitch by stitch — please allow 1–2 weeks between your order and dispatch. We send you a photo before we ship.
Delivery after dispatch usually takes 3–6 business days to the United States and Canada, 3–7 business days to Europe, and 7–14 business days to the rest of the world. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Special requests
If you want something we don’t offer — a different pattern, a color we haven’t shown, a piece for a special occasion — write to us. We’ve made one-of-a-kind cardigans for weddings, anniversaries, and gifts. We’d love to make one for you.
