Shipping Policy

Every DalyMountain cardigan is hand-knit to order in our village in Türkiye, then shipped worldwide.

Production Time

Because each piece is knitted by hand — not made in advance — please allow 2 to 4 weeks between your order and dispatch. If you need a piece for a specific date, message us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Time

Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight. From time to time we offer free worldwide shipping — keep an eye on the store banner.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Türkiye may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way home.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the buyer covers the cost of re-shipping.
