Shipping Policy

Every DalyMountain cardigan is hand-knit in our village in Türkiye, then shipped worldwide.

Production & Dispatch Time

Most of our pieces are knitted in small batches and ready to go — they are dispatched within 2 to 7 days of your order.

The Fox Cardigan (Hail Mary) is currently in stock and also dispatches within 2 to 7 days. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 2 weeks. Custom-size orders are knitted to order, stitch by stitch — please allow 4 to 6 weeks between your order and dispatch. If you need a piece for a specific date, message us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Time

Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
United States & Canada: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping to the United States, Canada and several other destinations. Orders to Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) ship at a flat $35 — all import taxes and customs fees included, nothing to pay at delivery — and Australia & New Zealand at a flat $42 — the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): all import taxes, duties and customs fees are already covered by us — your shipping fee includes them, and you will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.

For other destinations outside Türkiye, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way home.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the buyer covers the cost of re-shipping.
