Free worldwide shipping on every order.
We ship from Türkiye via tracked post.
Most orders arrive in 7–21 days, depending on your country.
Made-to-order pieces need 3–7 business days in our workshop before shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs and import taxes

For international orders, customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Returns and exchanges

Each cardigan is hand-knit, often to your exact measurements. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges as a matter of policy.

That said: if anything is wrong with your order — wrong size, damaged in transit, or simply not what you expected — write to us. We will always work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order any time before it enters production. Once the wool is cut and the work has begun, we cannot cancel. If in doubt, message us right away.
