Shipping cost

Free standard shipping to the United States, Canada and several other destinations.
Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): flat $35 — all import taxes, duties and customs fees already included.
Australia & New Zealand: flat $42.
The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises.
We ship from Türkiye via tracked post.

Dispatch time

Most of our pieces — including the Fox Cardigan — are knitted in small batches and ready to go: dispatched within 2–7 days of your order. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 2 weeks.
Custom-size orders are knitted to order, stitch by stitch — please allow 1–2 weeks between your order and dispatch.
If you need a piece for a specific date, message us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery time (after dispatch)

Europe: 3–7 business days
United States & Canada: 3–6 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs and import taxes

Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): all import taxes, duties and customs fees are already covered by us — your shipping fee includes them, and you will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.

For other destinations outside Türkiye, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns and exchanges

We arrange an exchange or a refund when something is wrong on our side:

the measurements of the piece you received don’t match the size chart on the product page;
the piece has a defect — broken stitches, a damaged zipper or buttons, holes;
the wrong colour, style or size was shipped.

Write to us at dalymountainknits@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right. In these cases we cover the return shipping.

Because every piece is hand-knit, we cannot accept returns for fit preference when the measurements match the size chart, for a change of mind, or for custom-measurement orders. If you are unsure about sizing, message us before you order — we are always happy to help you pick.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order any time before it enters production. Once the wool is cut and the work has begun, we cannot cancel. If in doubt, message us right away.
