Welcome to DalyMountain. By accessing or using our website (dalymountain.com) and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products & Availability

Every cardigan is hand-knit to order in Türkiye. Colors, textures and small details may vary slightly from piece to piece — this is part of the character of handmade work. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or discontinue any product at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen at checkout. Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will refund you in full.

3. Production & Shipping

Production takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery times depend on your location and are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Any import duties or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our full return and exchange policy is available on our Return & Refund Policy page. In short: we replace or refund pieces that arrive with a defect or with measurements that do not match the size chart. Fit preferences are not covered because every cardigan is hand-knit to your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, patterns and the DalyMountain name and logo — is the property of DalyMountain and may not be reproduced without written permission. The cardigan designs are inspired by iconic film and pop-culture pieces; we do not claim ownership of the original designs.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, and not to interfere with the site’s operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

DalyMountain is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
